This traditional Mexican folk song has been arranged for trombone octet+ percussion, piano, bass! It is just a really energetic and fun piece to rehearse, perform, and listen to. It would be a great way to add some variety to the standard trombone choir concert and give the audience nice lighthearted break from the weighted and serious music that floods the trombone choir repertoire. This arrangement even features sections where trombonists put down their horns and jam with some traditional Latin percussion instruments. This is my favorite arrangement to listen to and to play, and will surely be a highlight for your trombone ensemble concert.
